  • 📍 Do you only ship to the USA?
    Yes, for the moment we are only shipping to the US. If you live outside of the US, please contact us for a price and shipping quote.
  • ✨ Where do your pieces come from?
    All of our items are sourced across Provence, the south of France, handpicked from antique markets, attic sales, and private collections. We occasionally find treasures through online marketplaces in France as well.
  • 🕰 What's the difference between vintage and antique?
    Here's how we define it: Antique: At least 100 years old, often with historical or artisanal significance. Vintage: Typically 20 to 99 years old, reflecting past styles, craftsmanship, or design eras.
  • 🔄 What’s your refund policy?
    At Maison by Angela, we take great care in curating and presenting unique vintage and antique home decor. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, except in the rare case that: The item has been significantly misrepresented in the product description The item arrives damaged in transit In these situations, please contact us at orders@maisonbyangela.com within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly and fairly as possible. ​ Please note: Our pieces often show signs of wear consistent with age. These characteristics are part of the charm and history of vintage and antique items and are not considered defects. We carefully package each item and ship fully insured. In the event of damage during shipping, we will initiate a claim on your behalf. Thank you for understanding the delicate nature of antique decor.

  • 📦 Do you offer Eco-Conscious Shipping?
    Yes. At Maison by Angela, we’re committed to minimizing the environmental impact of international shipping through these thoughtful practices: 🚚 Grouped Shipments Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days so we can consolidate outgoing parcels and reduce the number of delivery trucks in circulation. 📦 Reused & Recycled Packaging We give recycled, clean, and durable packing materials a second life. Boxes, bubble wrap, and padding are reused whenever possible to minimize waste and avoid unnecessary production of new materials. We believe in giving materials a second life, just as we do with the antiques we source. 🌎 Carbon Offset Contributions All packages are shipped using carbon-offset programs offered by our shipping partners—such as DHL GoGreen, and similar services through UPS and FedEx—to support cleaner transport solutions. If a shipping partner does not offer this service, we will work with a carbon offset organization.

  • 📦 How long will it take to receive my item?
    All orders are shipped from France to the United States. Please allow approximately 10–15 business days for delivery from the time your order is placed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier-related issues, but we do our best to ensure your pieces arrive in a timely manner. If you need an item sooner, please contact us at orders@maisonbyangela.com. There may be an additional charge for expedited service.
