At Maison by Angela, we take great care in curating and presenting unique vintage and antique home decor. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, except in the rare case that:

• The item has been significantly misrepresented in the product description

• The item arrives damaged in transit

 

In these situations, please contact us at orders@maisonbyangela.com within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly and fairly as possible.

• Our pieces often show signs of wear consistent with age. These characteristics are part of the charm and history of vintage and antique items and are not considered defects.

• We carefully package each item and ship fully insured. In the event of damage during shipping, we will initiate a claim on your behalf.
