Maison by Angela ("we", "our", or "us") is based in France and offers carefully curated antique and vintage French home decor and artisan goods. Our website is hosted on Wix and serves customers exclusively in the United States.

All items are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Please note:

• Each item is one-of-a-kind; replacements are not available.

• Minor imperfections are expected with vintage and antique goods.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are all-inclusive for U.S. customers — meaning shipping, import duties, and sales tax are included in the final listed price.

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods offered through our payment provider. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

5. Shipping
Orders are shipped from France to the United States using trusted carriers. All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — no additional fees are due upon delivery. Shipping times vary based on location and customs processing. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

6. Refunds and Returns
All sales are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind and fragile nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We may offer a refund in the rare case of:

• Significant damage in transit, or

• Material misrepresentation of an item.

If either occurs, you must notify us at bonjour@maisonbyangela.com within 72 hours of delivery. Photo documentation of the item and original packaging is required.
