Vintage Green Glazed Pottery Set from Chamonix, Savoie (7 pcs)
A rare and rustic 7-piece ceramic drinkware set from the Alpine town of Chamonix in the Savoie region of France. The set includes four handled cups and three charming pitchers, each hand-glazed in rich green and cream tones with relief florals and the word “Chamonix” incised into two of the cups. These pieces were likely made mid-century as regional souvenirs and reflect the traditional folk art of Savoyard ceramics. Each vessel shows natural hand-thrown variation, enhancing the authenticity of this collectible grouping. Minor glaze irregularities, fleabites, and tiny chips (particularly on the pitchers' spouts and rims) are consistent with age and use.
